Observation, immersion, co-design, focus groups, coaching, service encounters, journey maps, and tons of love.

- A service-centered view is customer oriented and relational
- Before identify; values, beliefs and needs. It is important to uncover existing mental models.
- Working with a restricted budget is a real challenge.
My specific role on the project
I was working with the founders of this startup facilitating creative thinking, empowering the owners with a user-centered approach, developing a Business Model Strategy, Brand Strategy and a ZAG framework.
